Any Great Tips On Starting A Restaurant?
I know what Im getting into…I just wanted to see if anyone had any good tips on starting a restaurant and making it successful, I appreciate comments from everyone…current restaurant owners, chefs, servers, hosts, restaurant afficionados…Im in the Los Angeles area. The first project im working on is more of a burger joint. The second project I am still working on is either an Italian trattoria or an Italian restaurant

However, here are some ground rules:
1. Your restaurant must look attractive and decent. If you have a restaurant that looks like it was decorated from a garage sale and poster board, it will go out of business!
2. You need to have food people want to eat, and have it in stock.
3. You must be innovative. If you’re not unique, people will have no reason to come to your restaurant in the first place.
