Can we continue Simonweb (hosting provider) to take our money but not for the availability or support?

I guess it was time Simonweb activity is 60% in our site hosted with them. That no longer respond to emails of support we can not cancel our members through our joint and continue to charge us every month. We record our honeymoon and a portfolio of businesses on this site Thus, besides the price to take every month to almost nothing, we lose money when the site is not in place. I found other people complaining about the same line. We have lodged a complaint with the BBB. Can we continue?

Yes you can, but the amount of money going back to barely cover the legal expenses. Consult a lawyer to see if it's worth. If you charge by credit card, please with the amounts from your credit card company and charge … then change your credit card. If you send invoices, ignore them. If in your bank account, tell your bank and they will change their account number and ending the charges.
